i bought a car last year from them. it was one of tge worst experieces n my life. i was treateed with no respect after they got my large down payment they refuse to fix the car when i had problems and did not want to give me receipts after i made payments. now im still paying for a piece of junk!

WORST DEALERSHIP IN MARYLAND

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN BALTIMORE....I BOUGHT A CAR IT BROKE DOWN WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT. AWESOME PLACE!!

Ok, so I see some bad reviews here so far. Well I am pleased to say, that I was taken care of from start to finish. My credit was horrible, Ive been to a million places. And they all said NO!! I walked into Pimlico Motors feeling like nothing was gonna happen for me. I was greeted by a friendly face and a warm atmosphere. And in maybe an hour I was Approved!! Never buy a vehicle from this place!!!

Before I bought my vehicle, I was treated very well. The ink was barely dry before the problems started. When I drove my vehicle off the lot, I noticed that the tires needed to be replaces. I took the vehicle to get inspected and the brakes needed to be replaced. Because the owner said that the vehicle was already inspected, I thought everything was OK with the car. Paperwork was a mess. I had some ""creative financing"" and ended up paying 5K more than what the car is worth. I had the wrong vin# on my paperwork, so I had trouble getting the car insured. My temp tags expired twice because they didn`t get the tags (which was included in the price of the car). I wanted my trade-in back, and was told that it was already sold. I was referred to this dealership because the owner`s relative was a friend of mine. I thought he would look out for my best interest, but all he did was rip me off, sold me a defective car, made money off of my trade-in, and left me nothing but bad debt.

they will make you feel like some used gum after you buy a car, but before you buy the car they make you feel so welcome. i got a car from them and they let me test drive the car, all the problems i found they said they would fix. only problem was the shop was closed at the time, so i drove the new car home that night. the next day i returned with the car to get the repairs and they told me i had to pay for them. i t... view moreold them i didn`t want the car and to give me my trade in back they told me no because my trade in was sold to another dealer and was gone. so three months into having this new car and already paid over $1,000 in repairs. they gave me a 30 day dealer warranty that covers all but what needs to be fixed
