My husband got his car tires b...

My husband got his car tires balanced at Pep Boys about 2 months ago in Dundalk, MD in the Merritt Blvd shopping center and also requested that they rotate the tires. He went to pay and noticed that the tires were not rotated since the slightly worn tires were still in the front instead of the rear of the car. He asked the same person to whom he requested to rotate the tires and he plain out lied and said yes, they r... view moreotated the tires when clearly you could see that they didn`t and it did not indicate that on the reciept that they rotated the tires. So he asked the person, to whom was the manager, again are you sure. Then the manager hesitated and said, wait a minute, and he checked the computer and also asked someone working in the back if they rotated the tires, and finally he admitted that they did not rotate them. Now you would think that at least the manager should know if whether or not the tires were rotated or not and just flat out lied. Other than that, I have had no problems but their labor is WAY TOO MUCH.

Service

Service is good in their car service center. Prices are a little high for labor.
