bad service rude workers

Had them put parts into truck the motor and regulator, they overcharged me 400. Never got a call saying it was ready. Got there and they put in bad motor, kept truck 3 days. Truck covered in grease on carpet, drivers door panel not screwed on scratched the hood terrible,dented the door, dissarmed the alarm. When i asked for them to fix it they were rude and said not my problem. I payed near 4 hundred for this???

Poor service quality

I had been to Pep Boys for very first time for getting oil change done. Unfortunately I did not have a ride back home. I called Pep Boys (this location), for appointment on Sat. They said they do not give appointments. So I reached this location by 9:00 AM so that I can get my work done ASAP and get relaxed on weekend. They estimated 2 hours for oil change (!!!) and I left for nearby mall to spend my time. When I cam... view moree back after 2 hours, my car was waiting outside in parking lot. When asked they said they have not serviced it. I waited till 3:00 PM hoping that they will do oil change. At 4:30 PM they were about to close the shop and when I asked about service they said they still haven`t done yet! I was pissed off and asked for explanation and the manager was so rude that he denied to even talk to me politely. I would not recommend this place to any one at all.
