I would totally give this place a 5 stars, I have been to the one advance on Merritt, sorry to tell you but if u go in their u will be waiting for about 20mins until someone even knows u are iin the store, and waiting at the counter. And please don`t even get me started on the store on Ermand ave, they are ridiculous, u will be waiting in their for about 30 mins, not to mention they have NO IDEA what they are talking... view more about. But back to North Point Advance auto Parts, their customer service is AWSOME when u walk in they Greet you at the door with a friendly hello, their is ALWAYS someone at the counter, waiting to help you, They have ur parts and if not WILL find a way to get it. I love my experience at Advance Auto Parts on North Point blvd, they are located in the same shopping center as K-mart. need help go their. I will say they are busy, but what can I say THEY ARE GREAT and Friendly and are willing to help everyone and give them the time they deserve. I will always go back and u should too.
