Earlier this year I went in to...
Earlier this year I went in to have my rear rotors and brake pads replaced on my vehicle. I sat there for 6 hours waiting for my vehicle to be finished. Meanwhile, another customer was yelling and telling them how sorry the shop was. Finally, I got my car back. The brakes were still squeaking, if not more than before bringing my car in, and about a week later I noticed the rotors were completely rusted. I took my car... view more back, dropped it off because I wasn`t about to sit there for another 6 hours. Before I left the manager sarcastically said "It is normal for rust to form on the rotors after it`s been driven." Really? A brand new rotor covered in rust after one week of use??? I don`t think so. I may be female, but I`m not f****** retarded. They told me that my vehicle should be finished within a few hours and they would call. THEY NEVER CALLED! I ended up going up after they closed and taking my car from the parking lot. They had taken it into the garage, but nothing was changed or fixed. Now, about 8 or 9 months later I`m paying for new brake pads and rotors. So I was charged about $500 for work that probably wasn`t even done on my vehicle, and now I`m having to spend another few hundred dollars on the same sh** less than a year later, when I shouldn`t have to. I also filed a complaint with their headquarters and nothing happened.
