Good people but problems with service

This organization has an excellent reputation. It is a long story I will cut short. After replacing two oxygen sensors my orange light went on again. I took it to the dealer and they said that one of the sensors that was replaced had gone in just two months. I took it back to Palmer and they insisted it was a third sensor that had gone and charged me $450. Within 36 hours the orange light was back on again. I again t... view moreook to the dealer and they again said that it was one of the two that was replaced two months prior. I took it back to Palmer and they looked it over (just five days after replacing the third sensor) and said, "oh, yes one of the original two has gone bad." They replaced, that one at no charge. After talking with them about the fact that I was charged for a third sensor that I may not have needed, they categorically refused to do anything. This seems to be just too much of a coincidence to me. I challenged the charge for the third sensor on my credit card and am waiting for the results. As I said in the title, good people with an excellent reputation, but that just seems to be too much of a coincidence to me.
