HORRIBLE!!

We called ahead to let them know we were coming. After hearing, "one more minute. Just give me one more minute." 5,000 times, he finally had us pull up to a hoist. After waiting for another 10 minutes, he hoisted us up, and took the tires off. About 5 min after having the tires taken off, an employee comes out and says, "we`re just gonna ignore the truck for awhile, so we can finish this other car.&quo... view moret; WHAT?!?! ARE YOU JOKING?! So 2 1/2 hours after being hoisted up - with NO tires on the vehicle - they came out and had my fianc?© go back and look at tires. He told him $120 on the phone, then tried to charge him $150! Very, very unprofessional, and I will never, ever go back, or recommend anyone to that joke of a business.

He fixed the problem, did what he said he would do, charged what he said he would charge. It was a big plus to be open on Sunday. I would come back

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I have never written a review here before, but this is a horrible business and Whitney himself is a dishonest scam artist. I want into whitnays shop to get tires. He wanted to sell me 4 different size tires and they we worse then the ones that were on my car. He talked me into an oil change and didn`t change the filter. Don`t are this guy he will screw you. Then he calls you a liar and starts to threaten you. This guy needs to be put out of business!!!!

Awesome Service

I came in with a problem with my car that had stumped 5 diffrent shops. Whitney was able to diagnose and fix my car with a reasonable price. Very friendly and knowlageable. Great deals on used tires. I would recommend this shop to anybody

This place is terrible!!! my car broke down on the side on the road while my boyfriend was on his way to work. he called whitney. whitney told us the tow would be free and checking out the car would be free, to later turn around say that the tow was $65. that was fine, my insurance paid it. then tried to tell me it was another $60 to look at it. when my dad confronted him, he called my dad a liar! what kind of busine... view moress is that?! then he refused to give me my key! he only returned when we threatened to call the police. i would not suggest him to my worst enemy! avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!

I see from the comments that I`m not the only person to feel cheated. When I came back to his shop to let Whitney know how I felt about the whole thing he just looked down in SHAME. Shoddy looking job, tried to pressure me into a lot of unnecessary work that I didn`t want. He finished my truck and left it UNLOCKED in his lot, right on Michigan Ave!
