The waiting room was exceedingly dirty, (even for a tire store). I had a spare on the car when I came in, and they just threw it in the trunk, rather than re-seating it where it was supposed to go, so I had to wonder what the noise in the trunk was after a couple of blocks, and stop to see it was just loose in there. It seems like a five star place would have put it back down into position for me, since I bought a wh... view moreole set of new tires. They quoted me work I did not ask for, which is no big crime, but why would I have mechanical work done at a place called Tire 1 who could not even give me complete service on a tire purchase? I will not go back, and would not recommend them to anyone either. Was it the worst tire experience I`ve ever had? No, but I would love to have had the flawless experience another reviewer mentions, but that just did not happen.

I go through tires like nobody...

I go through tires like nobody`s business and I typically go through the larger chains to replace them. Well no more! Tire One by far had the best price for tires and a fantastic staff. I don`t know about you other girls out there but auto shops usually treat me funny b/c I`m a girl or their short & curt - not here! Friendly & knowledgeable staff. I have had several great exper...

I have had several great experiences at Tire One! They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They even took me to work and picked me back up when my car was done. They have always been honest and reasonable. I recommend them to everyone!

I had an flawless experience at Tire One, the service was prompt and the work was perfect the first time. I`ve had the tires on my corvette changed about three different times, this one stood out. They used a machine that didn`t touch the wheel so they didn`t scratch it when they changed the tires. And when I pulled out of the shop and got up to speed, there were no fine vibrations.
