Bad Customer Service

I took my 2003 Dodge Ram diesel that only had 69000 miles on it to have a front axle pinion seal replaced because it was leaking. It came with a 7 yr. 100000 mile warranty. I dropped the truck off in the morning before work. After a couple of hours the service rep called and said the warranty had expired. I asked him, when did it expire? His reply was 11 days ago. I will acknowledge it is technically out of warran... view morety but, it didn`t start leaking the day I took it in. For Heaven sake it only has 69000 miles on it! This dealership was totally unwilling to help me out. The other disappointing thing is that I have been going to this dealership for the last 12 years and have purchase literally thousands of dollars worth of parts for our companies vehicles. I`ll tell you what...Dck Scott &amp; Bruce Campbell Dodge are getting all of my business from now on.

Great Experience

Brought my 2008 Avenger in to have the transmission shift modual reprogramed and the passenger window operation checked, my only visit for warranty (34,600 miles). When I asked the service write-up rep about some corrosion on my chromed rims, she indicated that the Manager would approve replacement rims, which he did approve! I also showed some paint defects to the rep and she explained that all paint defects are cov... view moreered for 100,000 miles and that I could schedule at anytime to have the work done. The problem I had in the passenger window was corrected with an actuator replacement. Everyone that I was involved with in the service department was very courteous, friendly, and attentive. As I said, "Great Experience"!
