Great, Honest service department! This is a hard find in the industry and after visiting two other certified Mazda service centers we were very pleased with the service at Ralph Thayer. We took my husbands car in for service under the warranty plan and they fixed all outstanding campaigns that the other dealers could not service for one reason or another and than when picking up our car my husband mentioned tha... view moret the wiper on my CX-9 had recently stopped working. They advised us that sometimes a bolt comes loose and they could help us locate it and see if it corrected the problem...sure enough that was it and they could have easily charged us the $100 deductible to look at it to determine the problem. I would highly recommend and will be going back for any service needs in future.

WORSE SERVICE EVER

I was flat out lied to about what was covered under my warranty. They check and test stuff that isn`t necessary to get you to pay for what is beyond your warranty. Jeff is a flat out liar and screamed at me while on the phone giving me no time to explain what I was told. He should be flat out fired for treating lying to customers the way he did.

This is the worst dealership I have ever delt with when getting a car. When purchasing the car, we were approved, signed paperwork, and 3 weeks later they tried saying we had to bring it back because the bank approval didn`t go through! No how does a dealer get paperwork, and have it signed, and 3 weeks later say there is a problem? Makes no sense. Now that the lease is over, they tell me i owe a $300 lease turn in... view more fee, whether or not it`s turned in early, or late. The only way to to waive the fee is to outright buy the car that we`ve been trying the 3 previous years. None of this informatino was disclosed to me at the time we signed the paperwork. THese people at this dealership are the worst, dishonest, unprofessional people i have ever delt with at a dealer. HORRIBLE

I just purchased a car for my daughter here at Ralph thayer mazda. The purchasing process was quick and easy. The saleslady that helped my daughter and I was really nice and very professional, we highly recommend her. The finance lady was great as well. I highly recommend this dealership if your looking to get good service and treated with respect. I give this dealership 5 stars - David
