Our widshield was broken while...

Our widshield was broken while it was sitting in their lot after I complained about the price of their windshield wipers they replaced and asked them to take them off. I cannot believe they are still in business. Not only that but fter I complained about the price of the windshield wipers, I tried to pay the bill, he smugly looked at me said "Well, now I think that I can`t accept your check (before debit cards),... view more You will need to pay with cash. These people are so unprofessional, I was just glad to get my car out of there with only a broken windshield. Enter at your own risk, they are not to be trusted to be professional.

Avoid -- Poor Service, Poor Work, Cheats Customer

Mel`s Auto Clinic quoted the job for Rack & Pinion Steering Gear replacement on my daughter`s vehicle. Quote included labor and parts. Then they required us to pay extra for a front end alignment or would not give us our vehicle. You cannot do a Rack & Pinion job without doing a front end alignment-- it should be included in the quote. They took three days to do the job when they said they would have it done in o... view morene day.

Numerous calls to the shop were required to find out what was happening with the vehicle. The shop did not call us one time in 3 days. I would never go back to this shop for any work. The mechanic was wonderful, the owner was rude and horrible. Avoid this business unless you enjoy frustration and want to be ripped off.
