Good parts, better service

Waited till the last day of course to trade my car in, but needed door mirrors. They took care of me promptly, and the bumper cover I needed wasn`t available new. They located the item for me for the best price at a competitor`s store, called them to hold it for me until I got there. It`s a nice change where a business looks out for my best interest and not just a buck in their own pocket. The difference between ... view moresmall business and corporate owned I guess. I repair cars on the side & stop here first for all my parts. If Pat doesn`t have it, he locates it for me. Their prices are pretty much the same as U-pull it places and I don`t have to pay extra for a warranty. Even stayed after hours when I was in a jam.

Old school business. Everytime I need something, I visit them. Most of the time they have it, but when they don`t, they spend a good deal of time locating it for me, finding the best price and the quickest delivery for me. I send my kids to them for parts too! Highly recommended.

Bad Business

This Junk yard sold me a transmission and said it was bench tested and works great. NOT. no forward gears. They where nice enough to take another trans(bench tested) to the auto repair shop. You think this one was any good. NO. Paid repair shop to put in a worthless trans twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1. Do you think they would help me out on my labor cost. NO. Will never do business there agian.
