Buyer beware!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a car from this "company" with no obvious defects, drove perfectly, no leaks, no engine knocks, and even the "salesman" talked about what a solid car it was. It was an 11 year old car with 85k. We thought we lucked out until exactly one month later completely out of the blue without warning the engine started knocking horribly. After evaluation from a mec... view morehanic, the engine is toast. We sought out help from the dealership thinking they would atleast help us out if they are concerned about customer satisfaction but they could care less. "You should have bought the warranty" is all they could say. Ok, I understand that aspect, but if u care anything about your customers can you atleast assist us? So anyways, I took out a $5000 loan for this stupid car that is rotting in my driveway, and now I`m selling my engagement ring so I can buy a new engine. If you want a car that will break down on you as soon as you buy it, and have no problem with the salespeople tossing u in the dirt after purchasing, then by all means buy it at Bank auto!
