After my accident on that terrible rotary I was referred to Carons by friends. The estimator was very friendly and took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company. When I picked up my car it looked like the day I bought it new and they even detailed the inside for me. They have a customer for life with me.

Worst shop experience ever!

Verbally abusive and physically threatening; this shop tried to extort more than my deductible out of me in order to get my car released. It took getting my insurance company on the phone to remind this shop of their obligations as an approved service provider. After I straightened out what they did to me, I was given no apology. The owner Leo Caron witnessed the abuse, and did nothing to stop this maniac from trying what he did. Needless to say, this is the worst shop imaginable!

My experience having repairs d...

My experience having repairs done at this shop was of the poorest nature possible. The work was sub-par, and my attempts to discuss any concerns were met with attack from the shop! Mgr Mike Dotsie was verbally and physically abusive! He tried to extort more than my insurance deductible from me to release my car all while calling me "a crook, a thief, and a liar", and in the end gave me no apology. His foul language and threatening mannerisms were the worst I`ve seen from any so called respectable business representative. I am disabled and he tried to force my keys for my car out of my hands. I felt under fear of bodily harm to hand them over to him at the time, from which he chose to impound my car. He then tried to play dumb while talking to my insurance representative, and again offered no apology, and neither did the owner Leo Caron who witnessed this Mgr`s actions! This shop is the worst!
