Reviews:
Lousy Customer Experience
Called regarding the purchase of a new F150 pickup. Went in to see the salesperson, who told me he was too busy with another customer to see me that day. No effort was made to get another sales person in touch with me. Several of their people just stared at me as I wandered the showroom and outside lot checking stickers. At one point I even stood near the ""manager`s"" desk with my check book in my hand, but no one a... view moresked if I could be helped.
I eventually bought a new truck the following week at a dealership a considerable distance from my home, but where they made a great effort to answer my questions and meet my needs. Never again, Portsmouth, never again.

Poor Customer Service and Super Long Waits!
I have gone to many Ford dealerships. I have never been to one that has such poor customer service. It makes you not want to be there. I also am very disappointed at the long wait. I call and make an appointment but that doesn`t seem to matter. I just sit and sit and sit. There is no communication on what is being done on your car or how much longer it will be. I understand that there is a lot going on but waiting f... view moreor 2 hours for something someone told me over the phone would be 45 minutes is ridiculous. I would try one of the other Ford dealers in the area. I will not be going back to this one!

Never give them your email!
Made the mistake of giving them an email and now I receive junk mail continuously from them. The opt out option does not work, and letters sent to them are never answered.
