HALF STAR !
If I could, I would give those guys less than half star !
I bought a car from them and I was told that I could always come back to there and their "warranty" would cover most of my car`s trouble.
The fact is that after three months, my car started to fail and I took there, in order to have it fixed.
I was surprised to know that they would charge me almost US$2.000,00 for the work since for t... view morehat problem, my car was not covered !
I told them not to do it by then and so I took my car to a mechanic friend of mine, and he told me that a little adjustment was enough to fix that !
That was disgusting...
So a good advice : Stay away from the Bournival Kia and Jeep too !
They always lie about the cars and the service they offer is terrible !

Don`t get stuck without inquiring
We bought a car from bournival in Portsmouth NH a year ago. It was the service managers wifes car and had many miles on it.
Foolishly we did not have it checked out by our regular mechanic. Well let me tell you we have now spent over 3 thousand dollars in the last year on it.
We could have gotten a small car for that money, what I mean is what we paid for the car & what we put into it. Just a word of adv... view moreice if you see a car there that you like take it to a reputable mechanic and have it checked out.

Poor Service. They wont give you what you ask for.
I went to bournival kia last saturday.
I told them I wanted a car in the 6-8000 dollar range. The salesman said thats reasonable and then started showing me cars that were 11-14000 dollars. I told them that I was looking for a toyota corolla and they tried to steer me towards a kia. What kind of a business does that?
