look elsewhere first

i will not tell you this place is terrible, its not. they are good mechanics, not the best but good. some of them in there are really good people, and some are scum. i will not name names, but i worked there and while i learned alot of good, i learned alot of bad as well. oil is not added to your car by exact specs. not a huge issue but your manufacturer wouldnt agree with their methods. i seen some racism, and the o... view morewner is...well an A-hole. all in all i guess what im trying to say is look elsewhere first. they will treat your car right, and try to get you the lowest buck, but its not the best place to go.

Bay Auto ROCKS!!!

What a great job Bay Auto did and the professionalism, concern and kindness shown was well over and above anything expected. I was well informed, received prompt responses and ultimately was given the complete satisfaction in knowing that my CRV was in the very best of hands!

I carefully inspected my vehicle paying very special attention to the paint feathering and it is one of the best jobs I have ever see... view moren. Absolute perfect blending and feathering. She looks spectacular! The a/c works perfectly, the alignment is right on, not an issue to report nor did I ever think I there would be one. I truly feel that the crew at Bay Auto are truly in the business of ""making it like it never happened"" and go over and above to take care of the needs to their customers as well as their vehicles.

Great service!

Bay Auto Body must be under new management or something as my experience was completely different. They did an excellent job of fixing my car, handled the insurance company only sending half of the money required to fix it and even detailed it for me! I`m very pleased with their work. They made my ten year old car look new! Highly recommended.

Horribly Unprofessional

I`ve been taking my car to Bay Auto since I got my first car. It was an older model and I took it to these guys for repair after repair. They made an honest mistake that ended up costing me well over $2,000 in the end. When the problem came up, not only was I treated poorly but spoken to in a most unprofessional manor by the owner of the business. Lousy Communication

Took them 9 weeks to repair my car and surely it should have been in perfect condition, only to bring it to another auto body shop for an appraisal for $1100 in additional damages they didn`t fix. At least 1 component that they said they replaced (and in turn were paid for) was not replaced. They made no outbound calls to me, so I`d check in every few weeks with them. I didn`t feel they cared about me as a custome... view morer. My car looks ok, but I`ve had problems with it since and they haven`t really taken responsibility for fixing. I would go elsewhere.
