First let me say that I have no experience with the actual service of Silver`s Auto Parts but whoever they have answering their phones is downright rude and ignorant. If you don`t plan on driving to their location and talking to someone who knows what they`re talking about directly, don`t bother with the less than intelligent woman working the phone.
