This place is a joke!! They say they will do one thing then not do it. Don`t trust them they need to be shut down. Don`t go to this car lot they will screw you over like they did us.

horrible, cars are checked the fluids are just "toped off." I`ll give you a warning. Dont go here. They wont work with you at all, if anything goes wrong which itwill, even if they give you a warrenty. nice until you buy a car, then F*** you.

This place is ridiculous. The salesmen are very unprofessional. The cars are never maintained or even fixed. After everything was all said and done, as I was leaving, they told me that within the next couple of weeks, I should probably have the oil changed and the spark plugs changed. I couldn`t believe it. Also, the car was also so far below E that I wasn`t sure if I could make it to the Shell station 1/2 mile away.... view more I should have known when Mike Posati`s desk was covered in google pictures of girls, actors, and athletes that this place was a joke. But, I needed a car. Come to find out, they applied for financing with my SS# for 5 different financial companies. So, now it`s negatively affecting my credit, and I`m getting approval letters 1 month later. This place is shady!!! Avoid it at all costs!

I bought a vehicle from this company on Tuesday, 6/7/11. When I got the vehicle home, I noticed the front end was making a lot of noise and sounded like something was broken. I took it to a mechanic and they told me the vehicle was sold to me in &quot;unsafe driving conditions&quot;. I called Motormax and talked to Tyler. Tyler said he was the owner then proceeded to use profanity with me and told me &quot;Don`t throw my fu**ing salesman under the bus when he has been her for 10 years and I don`t give a sh*t if you are happy with the vehicle or not, you bought it&quot;. I proceeded to try and explain that the salesman was 15 minutes late and made me late for work, the car was filthy inside (after he told me the day before it was cleaned out and ready to go), and the gas tank was completely empty. Now I have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and live 45 minutes away from the dealership. I feel that this dealership has treated me with the utmost unprofessionalism and sold me a vehicle that was not safe to drive. Tyler should not be allowed to do business in the state of Michigan. I would like a full investigation into this dealership and expect them to be held accountable for any expenses I may occur to get the vehicle in driving condition.
