Awesome Folks!

I went to T-Bones to buy a little white Cavalier that I believed to be the perfect car and price for my 22yr old daughter who was expecting a baby in just 2 weeks. The advertisement was written thoroughly and sounded very sincere. After a couple phone calls to the company my daughter and I went out there to test drive etc.. The most wonderful thing about T-Bones is the people..I believe it is family owned and I h... view moreave RARELY ever come across such kind, forthright, and accommodating individuals. There is Tommie Sr. and Jr. and they were fantastic. Karen, the receptionist was extremely cheerful and went WAY beyond the call of duty to help us with our situation. Furthermore, the car had a kink or two within the next couple days and T-Bones simply said bring her back in and we`ll see what we can do to make it right. They did $150 worth of work for $25. Similarly, I made mention that Muffler Man had told me that I needed a new muffler to the tune of $237.00, but Tommie Sr. took a look and said no muffler was needed, just a simple $40 welding job. If you are thinking of buying a used vehicle, their prices are exceptionally reasonable, I know, I shopped around a lot. And more than that is that customer service. I am writing this to spread the word because I believe word of mouth is very important. They deserve it! Elizabeth P
