Terrible service

Like the other comment my car has been there for a week. You will not get a call from them and if you try to call no matter what time it is they do not answer. I am trying to get my keys to take it out of there but they do not work the hours listed so I am missing out of work. I will never take my car here again. I will probably try muffler man instead.

Don`t take your car to this place, even if your desperate. My car was up there for a week with no work being done to it whatsoever. Everytime I tried to find out information with what was going on with my car, I was always the one to call them, THEY NEVER CALLED ME. And even when I called them, I frequently got their voicemail during business hours. They told me that the parts for my car were ordered, and it would be... view more ready on a Monday, after dropping my car off the previous Wednesday. After no phone call on Monday, I called them, yet again, and they told me no work had been done to it. They said it would be done Tuesday afternoon, and that they would call me when it was ready. After waiting yet again for their phone call, I called them. Only to find out, there had been no work done to my car whatsoever, and that the owner I had talked to about ordering the part had lied to me. I picked up my car later that day. I tried talking to them about how angry I was with my service, but he told me had to leave and jumped in his car. I took my car to Bobs Auto Service, and after talking to them, they found the part for my car locally, and has been worked on and looked at within the day. It was a horrible and very unprofessional experience and I wouldn`t reccommend them whatsoever. If I had to give this business a star, I would give it zero stars, but since it won`t let me give them zero, a have to give them one.
