My wife and I have been very happy customers at Jeffrey Honda for over 20 years. My wife first began bringing her 1993 Honda Civic to be serviced at Jeffrey Honda when we moved to the East Side in 1995. In 2005, she purchased a 2004 Honda Pilot, fully loaded, from Jeffrey Honda. The two service people that we have regularly dealt with, Gil and Ryan, have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always have an answer for any problems we may have encountered with our vehicles, yet have never tried to sell us any unneeded repairs. Jeffrey Honda also offers shuttle service for its service customers. They also offer nice touches like washing the car of every vehicle that is serviced at the dealership. Last week, after about a year of researching cars to replace my now 11 year old truck, I decided to purchase a 2013 Honda Civic Sedan. I bought my car from Jeff Gillingham, who was very courteous, responsive to my needs, yet without subjecting me to "the hard sell." My wife and I also met Dave, the (assistant?) manager, who helped us with the final paperwork on the sale of my car. He was very patient and explained all of the documentation to us in a thorough manner. I am already enjoying my new Honda Civic Sedan. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or service a car. One of the factors that went into my decision to buy a Honda Civic (besides, of course, its excellent reputation) was my knowledge of the great lengths this dealership goes to make its customers happy. thanks everyone and I look forward to many more years of dealing with Jeffrey. worst service dept.
Had the worst experience there. Unorganized, not friendly, and took 2 hours to change my oil. Also watched a service rep rip a woman off. Telling her she couldn`t change her own cabin air filter. Charged her $60 bucks for it to boot. I`ll never return, even though I bought the maintenance package when I purchased my car. Luckily I don`t live here and am just visiting family.

Do not purchase your vehicle from here. Worst customer service. Once they have your money they do not care and will not assist you!

Best place to buy a car from and best place to service your car at. Greatest Service department in teh world. Its not where you buy the car from that matters, it is how your treated afterwards. I love amtt and the guys in service and the body shop, including Mike.

The salesman was very pleasant.
The salesman was very pleasant. However, he would not budge on the price whatsoever. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch and we could not shop around. We had to turn our lease in early because of the mileage and we had assumed the leftover cost from that lease would either be rolled into our new purchase costs or would be absorbed, at least in part by the dealership. We had stopped in and spoken to our normal... view more salesman a few months ago (unfortunately he has retired since that time) and that is what he had proposed. After we signed all the forms,etc. our salesman then informed us that our previous leasing company would be contacting us to set up payments to get that lease paid off. So basically we have double car payments for 6 months. Not sure how we can handle that!!! Also, we first informed that we were approved for 1.9% financing. When we picked up the new car, we were then told that we would be paying 2.4%, why can`t they get these things straight?!!!
