The doctor I saw was really rude. I needed medication for the weekend till I could see my doctor who accidently didn`t refill my prescription. I had gone a few days without it already and since I had to go a few more I went to Henry Ford Urgent Care, Clinton Township. Dr: "Your doctor didn`t refill it? Why didn`t she refill it?" Me: "I don`t know ... I`ve taken it for a year." Dr: "You... view more`ve taken it for a year!?!" Me: "I have a traumatic brain injury so I have disrupted sleep and this helps me greatly." Dr: "A traumatic brain injury?" Me: "I was in a near fatal car wreck and they had to cut me out." He kept questioning me. "Why can`t you sleep? Stress?" I said "No, because I have a brain injury." His questioning made me uncomfortable like he didn`t believe me or thought I was a drug addict for asking for a sleeping pill for 2 nights, but he said he would give me 2 days. And as he was leaving I told him "If you put TBI on my chart, my auto insurance will pay the copay. He said "No, I can`t put that. I don`t know if you have a brain injury." When I went to take the prescription that night there was enough for 1 night. I called them the next day to ask them to correct the prescription and the receptionist said they don`t call out prescriptions for controlled substances. I said if the doctor just looks at my chart she`ll see that the doctor made a mistake. She called me back and told me the same thing. Did the doctor even look at my chart? I`m a nurse and I don`t think so. I`ve never gone to this clinic before for anything but bronchitis and a sinus infection and I`ve never gone to ANY clinic for a controlled substance, after 10 years of chronic pain, 4 surgeries, years of therapy, and 12 different doctors--so this whole experience was really insulting. I`ll never go there again.

great care

went there around 7pm for a bladder problem driving me nuts, did not have to wait long. All the staff was very nice and friendly, unlike some doctors offices. I was out of there by 8:20 with a diagnosis and prescriptions to make me better. Would definitely recomment this place to my friends
