Scammers, lairs, crooks! Do not take your car to ANY Speedy! All of the positive reviews here are posted by people who work for or are related to people that work there! One review here was posted by the "operations director`s" wife. He is a thief and lives to scam everyone that walks in the door! He has to to feed his pill habit.

I went in for an oil change on a 2010 Buick Lacrosse, had a coupun for $16.95 plus $10,00 for tire rotation. My mistake was listening to Rachel the write up girl telling me she would honor the coupom for $16.95 for the oil change and not taking a good look at the numbers she entered on the invoice. After service was done I found out my total was $36.90 which was about $6.00 more than it should have been. So if you have work done be sure to know the final cost before you let them do anything, i`ll never go back, the dealer is cheaper.

I called the Speedy of Troy location for a tie rod replacement on my car & was treated kind at first. As soon as the manager, Cory, came on the line, it all went SOUTH. He quoted me $15 on the labor for an oil change w/my provided oil & filter, even though there was a coupon for a COMPLETE oil change for $13 in their sales ad. Furthermore, I decided to replace my tie rod elsewhere and wanted to just do a front end a... view morelignment via Speedy of Troy with my $39.95 coupon, so I called them, and Cory, who was ticked off that I decided to change my tie rod elsewhere, decided to spite me! He says, ""Well, since you`re doing your tie rod elsewhere and making more work for us, I`m not gonna honor your $39.95 front end alignment coupon, I`m gonna hafta charge you $55 or so."" OUTRAGEOUS! If he hadn`t known of my tie rod replacement, he wouldn`t have said that. What a fraud! He reflected poor customer service skills and made Speedy look like a gimmick auto shop. I refuse to take my car here ever!

I take my car to speedy for all my repairs. They always do a good job give me a fair deal. Anyone who wants to get their car fixed right the first time and not be taken advantage of should go to speedy!! They are the best!!
