According to my opinion, Mr. Muffler is one of the best car workshops in Mt. Pleasant. Marshall is one guy who is really knowledgeable about how things work in a car. And the greatest compliment I can give : as they state, they provide estimates free of cost, which is not done in most other workshops in the area. My experience : This is an incident that happened 2 months back. The window on my Ford Explor... view moreer got stuck and wouldnt go up. They had to change the regulator and even after that, it dint work. Then they made it alright somehow within the promised 4 hours and gave my car back with the window in working condition and even a warranty for life. They work really hard. Marshall checked it free for me, rather than Krapohl Ford or Muffler man where you have to pay 50$ in advance just for the check, which is similar to other workshops in this area. Prices are really good and Marshall is good in doing business and you will feel like doing business with them. Marshall was kind enough to give a good discount as it cost me somewhere around 250 bucks for the regulator alone, which was a much better price than the other quotes I got from other places, which give you a heart attack. Any problems with your car : dont think twice - just go to them. They have the knowledge to fix it up. They will not let you down. If they cannot do it (which is very rare), they will suggest any other places for the issue. Thank you, Mr. Muffler
