Worst Service Ever

I could write a novel. Long story short: I called AAA to have a company tow my vehicle from a repair garage to my home. Patrick, our "amazing" truck driver refused to move my car because it was against AAA policy - although he wasn`t sure what policy. He radioed to his supervisor concerning the situation, but forgot to turn it back down while talking to me. I got to hear his supervisor tell him to "tel... view morel them a*$holes to fu&k off." This place is disgusting. And our driver had such a horrible attitude rolling his eyes and laughing at what we were saying. After calling AAA we had another company come out and move my vehicle with zero issues, so we tipped the new driver $50. Quality service, and customer service goes far. DO NOT GO HERE!

STAY AWAY!! I WOULDN`T LET THEM EVEN LOOK AT TO THEM FOR TOWING!! The customer service at this business is non-existant. They held my son`s car for 56 days. Everytime we called, which was at least once a week we were told they were getting to it and it should be done within a couple days. We never received a call from the owner and the manager was little help. The only reason I recieved was they were short handed. ... view moreWe had to rent a car after the first 30 days of them "working" on the car. Total cost for rental $900.00. When we finally picked up the car they were not willing to discount for the rental car. "I didn`t know you had to rent a car" was the managers words. Well I didn`t know you were going to hold the car for 56 days! I am totally dissatisfied with the service, and the fact that the owner of this hole couldn`t even have the decency to call me sure left a sour taste. I will be seeing someone in court. STAY AWAY!!
