Disrespectful and Manipulative Sales

Terrible dealership and sales staff! They will lie and waste your time with false promises and incompetence. I`m very surprised that a dealership that sells high end vehicles can get by with a completely ignorant and deceitful sales staff.

Something is very wrong here

These people have no real idea about how to respect a prospective buyer`s intent or time. My intent was to simply test drive a Jetta, but I was given the run around for 20 minutes by a sales person and a manager who obviously didn`t care about my reason for being there. They wasted my time by talking about things I already knew, and even after I revealed my knowledge of the vehicle I wanted, they continue to tell m... view moree things that were useless, and lead me around looking at cars of no interest to me that they obviously wanted me to buy. That`s the point: THEY wanted me to buy a car of THEIR choosing, which had nothing to do with what I wanted. They gave me information that was useless. They played idiotic games that were so transparent that I could hardly keep a straight face talking with them. If I had stayed any longer that the 20 minutes I was their entertaining their insanities, I would have gone mad! I left and gave my business to another dealership. If you must, for some reason, buy a car from this dealership, beware and question anything they do that makes you wonder or at all uncomfortable. Trust your instincts if they tell you something is not quite right with these people.

Disrespectful and Manipulative Sales

My wife and I went in to test drive a Jetta, but got the run around from the salesman who talked nonsense, wearing disheveled and stained clothing, behaved strangely, played weird games with us, made us wait, took us around the lot aimlessly, left us alone, forgot about us, then didn`t have a test drive model. We told him we were just there for a test drive and were serious about the Jetta. Told us he had to talk t... view moreo the Manager and would be right back, came back, didn`t have a clue, wanted us the meet the Manager and talke about the car. Finally, after about 20 minutes of that bull, we said no, and told him to just forget about the test drive and that we would do it some other time. He continued to talk nonsense that was disconnected from our purpose. It was very strange. Then I found out that this dealership has many bad reviews like ours, and we thought we should add our review to help others stay away from this bizarroworld of a dealership. (insert Twilight Zone theme song here) We went down the street and had the best experience at the Subaru dealership with Jim and Scott and decided to buy from them instead. Jared.
