I will definitely refer anyone to Waterford Collision. Besides doing excellent work the folks at Waterford Collision are courteous, prompt, and very professional. When I went in for an estimate I knew right there and then that was the collision shop where I was going to have my car repaired. Fred explained the cost of the repair and promised that if they have the car by Wednesday it will be ready by Friday. I have used Waterford Collision, a AAA approved service center, on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, two car accidents, as well as new brakes and tires over the years, has had me frequent their facilities. The work has always been done in a prompt and complete manner. Unfortunately I have been in multiple accidents and rarely do I have a good experience at a collision shop or car repair company. This place is the exception, employees were great, work was great, they went out of the way to make me comfortable.

I was instructed to go to Waterford Collision as a recommendation by another auto repair shop (that doesn`t provide collision services.) for an estimate to repair my van that had been involved in a collision that left my driver door inoperable. The unfortunate thing about the whole thing is that my van is 14 years old and hardly worth making an insurance claim on, especially considering its condition and the minu... view morete detail of the repair. I spoke with Tom Kolecky about getting the estimate and he offered to repair the fender on the spot (so the door would open and shut at least) so as to not involve the other person`s insurance company. Within 5 minutes I was on my way with a perfectly working door and he also patched up a broken headlight bracket that had also been broken in the collision. With nothing more than a handshake. What an outstanding business to have employees that offered to help in a situation where they didn`t have to and helped to keep insurance costs down in the process. If I should ever need collision repairs or know of anyone else in need of the same, Waterford Collision will be the first and *only* place I use/recommend. The office is very neat and tidy as well as modern (it`s not the greasy dingy office type you usually see in repair shops.). The staff was very polite and inviting. THANKS WATERFORD COLLISION!

The staff at Waterford Collision was great. My insuranc ecompany told me they were one of shops they deal with so I took my vehicle there and I can see why they do, the office was well kept and staff were very understanding. Tom was the person dealing with me and made sure I had a vehicle to drive while he had mine. He told me it would be about a week to repair and i had it there on Monday and it was ready on Friday ... view morelike promised. My biggest concern was the color match and it was perfect could not even tell it was damaged before. I may not have know about Waterford Collision before but I hope I never need them but if I do I am a customer for life and will always refer friends and family there as well.

My son had his pick-up truck ...

My son had his pick-up truck repaired earlier this year at Waterford Collision and it looks better than it did before the accident. So I took my Trailblazer there last week and the same...turned out better than new! The customer service was excellent too. Every little question I had was answered and I only had to call my insurance company once and Waterford Collision took care of the rest.
