The star rating wouldn`t let me proceed without picking one. But, I would give this place no stars! I purchase my vehicle through a salesman they called "Mr. T". What a TERRIBLE salesman. He was so full of it and tried to act like he was the man of the hour. My husband and I had gone through a bit of a rough patch and needed a second vehicle due to the fact that I was starting a new job. The car we chose w... view moreas a 2007 Chevy Cobalt. It seemed sensible at the time. We agreed on a price and I walked away not feeling too bad about the deal. However, and this is a BIG HOWEVER, when I got there to sign the paperwork, the cost of the vehicle was higher and my payment WAY higher than we had agreed to. I was assured that the vehicle had been through inspection and all was good to go. Within a few days of driving off the lot, my brakes were squeaking and the car was shaking as I slowed down. The remote car started given to me didn`t work, even with new batteries. I have had this vehicle for about 6 months now and the above issues are still there and now both the transmission, roters, breaks, head gasket, and fuses are all shot. The windows don`t roll down, the lights don`t work (even after replacing with fresh bulbs) and it rides terribly. I am stuck paying for this junk for the next three years. I had a mechanic named Derrick look at after voicing my concerns after purchase, (also from rose city because they said they would fix whatever was wrong for free or at a discount) and he said nothing was wrong. I had another garage look at it, and the mechanic there quoted me $4500 to fix what Rose City said wasn`t wrong. I know there are people out there like me who have gone through an economic rough patch and have no other choice. But please, PLEASE don`t go here. Ever.

Buyer BEWARE! This is a terrible place to do business. They lie, cheat and steal. How about "doing" a deal on a vehicle, making a CONSUMER assume they have it and then canceling it? What about signing paperwork that is false, just because they "thought they had a deal". Giving you one payment amount then changing it and trying to talk you into a different vehicle? Here`s my favorite ... pullin... view moreg the plug on a deal AFTER the vehicle you took in on trade was sold at auction. Wake up ~ this is BAD NEWS. It is a shame they are allowed to do business in Jackson, MI. That`s all I can think of now when some mentions Jackson to me.

Retarded Salesman
I went with a friend to buy a car, right from the beginning the salesman was an idiot. He made us wait while he smoked, he constantly cussed and claimed to have owned every type of car be looked at. All and all, I think he was a dumb and unprofessional as they come. He should be fired, then beat.
