I sent my car in for some AC problems and a broken belt. The first quoted it out to be $200, then $1,000 and then a final cost of $1,400... I wasn`t thrilled but I had no choice because my serpentine belt was broken. Since it was a Honda is was "harder to get to the parts" and thus the price went up... Then Once we pay we get our car back and notice the lever to open the gas cap was bent very badly as if someone put ... view morea screwdriver in there and bent it... Parts of the dash don`t sit flush like the do anymore and there was grease everywhere... The head rest was full of it, the ends of my dashboard and other parts of me seat. The center console also had grease on it and they went through it, I could tell because everything was pulled out. Stuff was also moved around inside my car. I also found some random screws by my driver side seat and a push pin for a door panel. I still do not know why they needed to go through all my stuff and they didn`t even clean the grease off before we got the car. We called them and all they said is "sorry". Needless to say, we will never be doing business with them again... I was not happy of the condition of the inside of my car was...

they sold me tires that lasted 3 months and wouldnt warranty them

$300 Later same problems
Went in for a stalling problem and headlight. They would not fix the headlight because the car is an import but charged me $10 anyway. Told me the stalling was an O2 sensor. They replaced it and quoted me $240. When I got there they told me $300. The car stalled out as soon as I started it in the parking lot. Told me to run dry gas in it. Makes me wonder if the O2 sensor was even bad. Plus they left the driver side w... view moreindow down for 3 days with the key in the ignition.
