I give them 6 months to a year...

The receptionist (Jeni) is sarcastic and impatient. We didn`t get the feeling that they really wanted our business and they wont get it after this experience. Not everyone that calls is a glass expert...No wonder why lazy mom and pops are going out of business all the time. Home depot was happy to help us with our glass needs at a 1/3 of the price.
