sometimes it is not just cut and dry when repairing your vehicle Joyce but I could have sold you repairs you may not need,and sorry if we cant extend credit to you Jennifer Aiken even though I have for years,thats still not a good reason to trash the shop you`ve been coming to for years and have been happy with.and as far as both are concerned this is very childish of both of you

Beware! Took our vehicle there for poor steering and leaking fluid. Replaced one hose for $250 then informed us still leaking and charged another $250 for the second hose. Picked up vehicle and complained to them about steering being very strange, tight and not linear pressure (gets very tight about 45 deg. into turn). Both mechanic and owner drove car and did not notice anything wrong? Not sure how they could not f... view moreeel this and the wheel sticks when cornering. Not sure about their honesty and integrity. Will not take my vehicles back there as well warn others.

If you like your car and care about your loved ones DO NOT take your car here for service. My timing chain broke - it was in the bottom of the engine. HE broke 2 bolts to get to it - one he could fix and one had to be done by a machine shop. When he got my $$ up front - who asks for half up front? - the shop had the head for 2 weeks to replace a broken bolt - why? Then he claims there were plastic parts, more bro... view moreken bolts and metal shavings in the oil pan when he was going to put it back together. Never any updates - I had to call and when I was starting to take a cab to work I called Ruth To The Rescue because after he said he would call me with updates it was another 7 days of silence. HE decided to go with a used engine - never finalized it with ME!!! It runs like crap - has NO power in 1st or 2nd gear - it is manual. He has no 30 - 60 - or 90 day guarantee on his work. I need to go back there to get him to fix this and not charge me any more $$$ or take him to court.

This is a great company. They ...

This is a great company. They do my oil change all the time, have repaired my transmission, breaks, and more. They tell you whats wrong and whats causing the problem and charge a reasonable price. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They even turned the television to cartoons for my kids while we waited. They are awesome!

hazard to any vehicle driving near location

Took my car here to have the coolant flushed, simple enough job... Took them 2 days to complete. I had to call constantly to find out about my status. Worst customer service from the completely obnoxious owner. Shop attendants constantly smoking in the work area, in and around vehicles. And they have a dog roaming around the shop freely... Nice thing that animals find coolant to taste sweet. I am highly dissatisfied ... view moreand would never reccomed this place to anyone. Unless of course you don`t plan to use your vehicle for an over extended ammount of time. Worst experience with a completely unprofessional and terrible shop that I have ever taken a vehicle to.

Unprofessional. Rookies. Claim...

Unprofessional. Rookies. Claimed to know how to service my car, but clearly had no experience. 3-day job took a month, and there were no updates unless I called. Owner is rude and obnoxious. Demanded cash for the service, in spite of signs posted saying they accept credit and checks. Do you think he felt good about the service he`d provided? Do yourself a favor and save the pain...find another shop.
