Last Saturday, 10 AUG 2013, I had my 50K service done at SERRA TOYOTA SCION - FARMINGTON HILLS ..on my Camry 2009 XLE and this is my fourth time to this dealer for doing my service. The first 3 times, atleast, I did not have any bad impression on this dealer . After getting the car back in evening, I saw a major dent on the rim that covers the left driver`s window. I went to the to the dealer on Monday, since Sunday was off. They checked with the person that worked on the car and said they did not see it. Fair enough. They checked on my dent and &quot;assured me&quot; that it did not happen during their service. I guess they were playing around with my car (I see many reviews here saying so). I never cared to see their reviews till now. Looking for the first time, their reviews show what they really are. I have already spoke with couple of my friends, who go there and thay are shocked in disbelief. Avoid them if you can. Poor customer service. Expecia...

Poor customer service. Expecially I brought a used car, that had many mechanical issues.They didnt even mention that car has a frame damage. Even carfax report they gave with the car was lying. There responsve was poor.Now I cant even resell the car for half the price I brought for. I really feel bad that my dream to have a own car fell apart with this purchase.

Drove an hour to look at a car...

Drove an hour to look at a car that I spoke with the used car salesman about over the phone. I confirmed the car was still available and the salesman asked for my phone number. After driving for an hour, with gas at $3.89/gallon. The car was sold and the salesman wrote my number down incorrectly. Lets just say this i called ab...

Lets just say this i called about 10 oil change places or dealers and sad they sucked in prices from 30.00 to 50.00 for a kia . I went to Serra Toyota and it cost me only 18.00 and i got a free car wash and it was done in 40min. Im am very impressed with their service. Thanks for a job guys.

Serra Toyota, you are so cool

I just wanted to thank Dave Yonker for being so helpful. I bought my first new car, a Camry from Serra Toyota and it really was a pretty easy experience. Dave is a nice older man who was very kind and patient with me. Buying a car was MUCH easier than I thought.

My new dealership

I started out going for there Oil Change deals, Dennis in the service drive allways seemed to be the one taking care of me, a nice young man, during the government toyota bash, they still treated me good. ( The Department of Transportation ended up clearing the car company, for unintended acceleration.), I just bought an Avalon from Nate at Serra Toyota, wow, what a car!

First Class

I have bought 3 cars at Serra Toyota, 2 new and 1 used, all from Nate Maciag. Both myself and my wife love our new Camry`s, even bought a used Camry for my Daughter while she is away at school. I have always had good luck with Toyotas and was happy when Serra took over the local Toyota dealership by me a couple years ago. If there was any kind of minor problem, they took care of it, I trust them.
