It took me three years, but I finally found the best place for Audi service in the South Bend area. As many locals know, the dealership on Grape Rd is a rip off. Their customer service is terrible, and their prices on service are absolutely ridiculous (AWD alignments for $140!). For anybody that`s been over to Osceola, German Concepts is a better option than the dealer, but they`re still a little pricey (not to menti... view moreon Osceola is a bit of a drive from South Bend). Auto Import Specialist LLC, however, is close to South Bend. They`re very friendly, very honest, and even multilingual. I guarantee that you will save money if you have your repairs done there, and you`ll be very satisfied with the quality of work performed. For anybody that needs German auto service or repair, Auto Import Specialist LLC is the way to go. Between a clutch replacement, oil changes, an ignition module replacement, alignments, and brake work, I would have probably saved between $500 and $1000 if I had known about them 3 years ago. Finding an honest auto repair shop is always difficult, so I`m rather disappointed that I`ll be moving away from the area in a few weeks.
