Reviews:
trust worthy shop
I used to wrench on cars in a shop in plymouth. Now I work at Volkswagen headquarters as a technician. i trust bill brown with my own car and them only. i am good friends with Fred Williams their suspension guy and has been a friend of the family for years. I am also friends with Martin who is a good tech. Agreeing with the other reviewer the only downfall of Bill Brown is not having time for customers. They are usua... view morelly busy with long term customers. Being a tech I really appreciate the business that they run and the intelligence that their tech`s pocess.

They fix it right, for a fair price
I have been doing business with them for 6 years. I have never had to take anything back. The only ""complaint"" I would have is that sometimes they are too busy to get me in as fast as I want. (AND what does that say: a whole lot of other people trust them with their cars.)
When they say they can get you in, that`s when they have time for you.
They thrive on long-term, repeat customers. (When you drop your... view more car off, you will usually be rubbing shoulders with people who have been doing business there a long time.) They must have been keeping them happy. They are not necessarily the cheapest place, but they charge a fair price, and they find the real problem. (They are so busy they are only going to fix what is wrong on your car. not go fishing for extra $$.)
P.S. When my son`s car broke down on the way there, the DID make time for him. So they will make exceptions.
