Very disappointed

At first they "seemed" genuinely interested in helping to make sure my car was safe and running. They could care less literally about whether or not they even looked at what YOU ASKED them to look at and make you think they addressed the problem but Na not the case here. I was recommending this shop to everyone and handing out cards and even convinced a friend to pull his truck from where he had it and brin... view moreg it to Quality Auto. I will never recommend them to anyone again and will call my friend as soon as I`m done here and tell him what happened. I`m very disappointed because I really trusted Bob and his mechanics

Need to defend the shop from dirty competition

I absolutely agree with the ot...

I absolutely agree with the other reviewer!..i keep getting screwed over by this place! 3wks after i replace the tie rod (when i took it in just for the door!), my van starts swaying back & forth! i take it back and they say OH its the other tie rod and the ball joint and another 390$! Please drive right past this place!

It`s a great auto shop. Been going there for years and they are always fast, friendly and professional. Good prices too. Al is more than accommodating to his customers and runs a good business. They`ll even give you a ride home and back to the shop if your repair is going to take very long.

Consumer BEWARE!

This establishment is completly umprofessional and costs my friends and I alot of money and grief. Not only because there repairs were not complete, but because I was charged for things that I never needed in the first place!!! I made a report with the Better Business Beareu and I plan on making more untill my complaint is resolved!
