What Willie for got to mention...

HOLD ON JUST A MINUTE...Willie did not mention the impact break in his tire. This is not a repairable condition! Unfortunately, Muskat Tire took his money to say they repaired it. Realistically, 1 hr and 30 min does not add up to 3 hours. Nor is it acceptable in any public place of business to verbally abuse someone who is there to help resolve a situation. Who ripped who off? Who grossly exaggerated the scenario?

The Belle tire will lie and try to sell you parts and services you do not need Stay AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU WANT HONEST SALES AND SERVICE... The counter help is rude and dishonest JR thinks he knows everything and knows nothing. He will lie and argue until you leave the store. I was on my 2nd visit to stop a leaky tire and I sat in the waiting area for 3 hours then they tried to sell me a tire I did not need. I t... view moreold them to put it back on and drove to MUSKAT TIRE and they fixed my tire on first try in 15 mins. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE THE ABUSE AND GET RIPPED OF FROM BELLE TIRE.

Horrible

Was a loyal customer for 10+ years until recently. Went in to buy new tires for my car, and the staff was unprofessional, and rude. Sent a message to the corporate office to site a complaint and never heard back from them. I thought it rather funny for a business to treat a customer like this. I hope everyone decides to not go here, you would treated better at a dump.
