Over Priced

I will start by saying that the reason I brought my car to Moto Medic is due to the fact that I read 2 very good reviews about their service. I would like to tell everyone in the Lake Orion area that I do not feel I was treated fair at this facility. The reason my car was not running properly was due to bad O-ring seals in the tubes that house the spark plugs. Mike the manager at Moto Medic charged me 170.00 just to ... view morediagnose the problem and a additional 270.00 to fix the issue. The part for this repair is about 20.00 and the time required is about 1 hr maximum. The average cost one would expect to pay for expert service at their local dealer is 100.00 per hour, if you do the math Moto Medic somehow feels their time is worth somewhere in the area of 200.00 per hour. If you are considering taking your automobile to this facility I would strongly urge you to take it to the more qualified dealer who will probably end up being much cheaper in the long run.
