I will sit and rot on the side of the road before I let anyone from Shroyer?ˆ™s Towing tow my vehicle. After being involved in a collision on the freeway, the only thing the drivers seemed to be worried about was how they were going to be paid. When asked by the one driver where I wanted my vehicle towed, and I answered, he said ?ˆ?Jesus,?ˆ? and walked away. Apparently they were ?ˆ?stressed?ˆ? because they were ?ˆ?under staff... view moreed.?ˆ? Excuse me? I?ˆ™ve just been involved in a collision, and you have the audacity to be complaining about YOUR day? This is absolutely NO EXCUSE to be treated the way I was by the drivers. Here?ˆ™s one for you: ?ˆ?I?ˆ™m sorry, but we can?ˆ™t take the vehicle that far. But, we can drop it at Shroyer?ˆ™s and you can arrange for pick up from there. Will that work for you??ˆ? Oh wait, that would?ˆ™ve been too polite. Being a jerk came more naturally. This same person was cussing up a storm when getting the one vehicle onto the tow truck. I was told he was a little ?ˆ?gruff?ˆ? by one of the other Shroyer staff. I have another word for him, but it?ˆ™s not acceptable here. Here?ˆ™s your sign, Shroyer?ˆ™s: The customer is always right. In this case, all customers involved seemed to be the target of Shroyer bullying. You?ˆ™re dealing with people who have just been in accidents, who could?ˆ™ve been killed, and you?ˆ™re more concerned about how you?ˆ™re going to be paid and getting all huffy about where to tow the car?! Gimme a break! If you want an awesome towing company that will take your car where you request it to be, put the customer first over worrying about payment, and not be complete jerks, contact American Towing. You can?ˆ™t go wrong with American Towing. The only reason I had to deal with Shroyer?ˆ™s is because they were already on the scene. NEVER AGAIN!!! They don?ˆ™t even deserve 1 star, but it wouldn?ˆ™t allow me to enter none.

Been to shroyers many times. Had what I needed most of the time. Fairly reasonable prices, less expensive than going to the dealer for a part that doesn`t need to be new. I would recomend Shroyers to anyone looking to save money. Recycled parts help save our environment from polution associated with newly manufactured parts. You just might find that hard to get part.
