horrible staff!!!

My car broke down in the parking lot...it took me a minute before i could figure out what the problem was, and when I did, I relized i needed assistance to start my car. The 4 employees hanging out at the desk refused to help me! They werent doing anything!!! what ever happened to customer service? I will never go back to that location!
