This is a pretty unfair feedback comment - like you said you got a great deal - no only did we reduce the price - once - twice but again a third time when you showed up to pick it up with less than agreed - we removed a warranty with road service to try to meet your required price for the Durango and we both understood that accepting your price for the vehicle was all of the help that we could offer - you would be bu... view moreying it 100% as is at that price Also when you called me (your salesman - not a mechanic) on Saturday I told you what you described sounded like an alarm or battery issue and if resetting the alarm or jumping the vehicle did not fix to problem (which it did) that you would need to get someone with mechanical knowledge to look at it. We do our best to offer a quality vehicle and offer a warranty with the vehicle to prevent any pitfalls that might accrue - when we remove the warranty at the customers request to reduce cost it is the customers choice to have a savings up front - we cant remove to warranty to save you money up front and warranty it too Short of closing my business early and driving an hour to give you a jump I am not sure what you expected or even had a right to expect knowing a warranty was removed at your request to make the deal happen It is unfortunate that you would chose this avenue to voice half of the story - 99.9% of our customer leave happy with the vehicle, service and price

Bought a car there for my son on his 16th birthday. Nice guys, it rode nice! higher milage but it has worked great for the year we have had it.

Bought a used car their friday...

Bought a used car their friday around 3pm got a good deal 11,300 for a 65k durango. Drove back home with car (around 28 miles) next morning took my pregnant wife who was on strick bed rest but had to see twilight and when leaving the morning show (around 1pm) the car would not start. I called the lot they (Dave) said i bought the car as is nothing they can do about it. Less than 24hrs and less than 40 miles stranded ... view moreand they would not stand behind their vehicle. Go somewhere else!!!! problem ended up being the battery and it when pulled out of durango was warped like it had been on charger for days. I emailed and called they will not make it right! Save your money or spend a little more for a better vehicle!
