It took two months to get my car repaired by Stop Quality... If time is an issue, go somewhere else! We contacted them because we had prior experience and know they`re inexpensive. I initially contacted Top Quality about repairs through my car insurance, Allstate, on April 30, 2013. At that time Top Quality had a copy of the estimate for repairs. The next day, they also looked over our car to confirm necessary r... view moreepairs. Since then, we have had the car to this shop 3 times and had it given back to us 3 times without receiving all the necessary repairs. We were given excuse after excuse about not getting acceptable parts, but the biggest problem was that the only times we found out they had gotten the necessary parts were after WE had called THEM: they have not contacted us once to let us know they had our parts! One week ago, they said they would have the last necessary part for our car, and we still had to call them today. They said they got it a couple days ago! We are finally (hopefully) getting all the repairs done today, June 26, 2013. It has taken nearly two months to get all the repairs done! Also, since the last time I got it back, the car makes a tinking sound and sputters. The shop claims this is a coincidence...
