Horrible service. Actually, beyond horrible service--it was appalling. Apparently, the owners/operators of this business take no issue with cussing at their customers (both in person and over the phone). While waiting in the small "business" area, the owner himself took a call to the "back room" (which is approximately 1 foot away from the sitting area) where he held a conversation that was comple... view moretely inappropriate in front of customers *insert several f words and derogatory statements about women here*. The owner also takes no issue with cussing out his customers while demanding that they respect HIM.
The car that was sold to us was falling apart within hours (which was, of course, our fault). Throw in several more screaming sessions and accusatory statements and you have what could only be referred to as the most low class, low rate customer service available. Their attitude and behavior should have been a HUGE red flag that these were not honest, customer-oriented "businessmen" but hindsight is typically 20/20.
I would warn all future customers away from dealing with this business. I would hope that anyone else that has experienced anything similar would report their complaints to the Better Business Bureau. I would not want anyone else to ever experience this type of abuse by a business owner. Most importantly, I would not want anyone to purchase a vehicle that is unsafe. If you can handle being treated like this way and it does not offend you, by all means--do business with them. But if you would like a vehicle that actually runs "like new", run as fast as you can.

After some aggravation with a Chevy dealership, I drove off (in my wife`s car) and went to Yurkovich auto sales. I am now a very happy customer. I had some restrictions from the courts on just what I could do. They worked within the guide lines and I now have a very nice 2002 Chevrolet Venture van. Thank You John, Brian and the ladies in the office. You all ""ROCK"" I`ll be back whenever I need a vehicle.
