I`ve always had a very good experience at Kalamazoo Imports. They regularly change my oil and do routine maintenance, always with a professional attitude. They also replaced the timing belt, replaced spark plugs, etc., for much less than the dealership. The negative review on this site surprises me.

best deal ever

Took my car there a couple months after it had been repaired from hitting a deer he called back and said my problem was still from that and he called the insurance and they covered it. The next time I went in it was a simple repair and there was no bill. Very honest shop

Unfortunate Experience

This really suprises me, I have never heard of anyone having a bad experience at Kalamazoo Imports! I have had several cars serviced there, multiple times, and they always take the time to explain any issues in full detail. They have even checked things for me as a courtesy! The worst experience EVER

This establishment should not be in business. They had my car for over SIX WEEKS!! After giving me back my car, the check engine light is on and the transmission will no longer go into fourth gear. The owner claims that the light needs to be reset and that the transmission is working fine! After the engine light came back on I returned to his shop and he told me to take the car to A DIFFERENT SHOP to get a diagno... view morestic and prove to him that something is wrong! I did just that and he claimed that the diagnostic from the other place was worthless to him and he still didn`t believe that there was anything wrong with the car. I paid him nearly $2000 for the work that he did and after all of that time... I still cannot drive my car to work! PLEASE if you value your time, money, and your car.. DO NOT go to Kalamazoo Imports for ANY REASON!
