If you really like a vehicle h...

If you really like a vehicle hear this - "buyer beware". Go ahead and buy the vehicle (after you`ve researched a fair price) and take it for service and body work elsewhere. I bought my 2008 Honda Civic from this store after extensive research online and I got a decent deal - the salesmen were kind enough (just doing their jobs). The problem came after my first ever wreck. I had been ran into by a deer and ... view moreit destroyed the front-end of my car. I had the ability to take it to any shop but assumed that that I should take to Honda - because they would have a vested interest and do the best job for me. I was wrong. The car was returned to me with a horrible paint job (including peices of glass painted INTO the paint and it was dull in some places and shiny in others). There were two large cracks that either weren`t touched or cracked after the paint job. Two dents the size of my fist - untouched. And most obvious of all was a spot about the size of the quarter witht zero paint at all - it was on the top of the front passsenger quarter panel and was light grey (my car is black). It appeared as thought they had spent literally 30 minutes painting my car and replacing the windsheild and hoped I wouldn`t notice the rest. I was disgusted - I took the car back to them and pointed out the issues - they offered me a rental and said it would be fixed in two days (I had been without a vehicle for over a week and a half at this point). I didn`t receive a call till 3 days later. Worst experiance with a bodyshop I`ve ever heard of. If it is going to carry the Thelen name then I think it should also carry the same adequate service I received from Thelen car sales. I will never buy another Honda from there again - totally turned off. Call it an excessive response but I believe I was treated excessively bad.
