Great service Great Price!! I just picked up my wife`s car from this shop. All I can say is WOW. Scott (manager) is awesome, he really knows his stuff. When I first called he put me at ease about going to Auto-Lab (I have been a Firestone customer for 12+ years). I told him what I thought needed to be done and he quoted me right over the phone. After the car was dropped off I got a call about a few more things that t... view morehat were wrong with the car that I didn`t know about. Got the pricing and all the information upfront beforehand and I wasn`t told &quot;this must be done&quot;. Scott was very honest saying that it could go untouched but that it will end up being an issue in the near future. I chose to have it done. Needless to say that I am a very happy customer, they were very speedy in their repairs and I am now a customer for life! I cannot say enough good things about this place!

This place is top notch. Went...

This place is top notch. Went in to have my alignment checked after hitting a bad pot hole. They didn`t charge me anything to check my car out and in a very timely manner informed me that my car was fine. It is so hard to find honesty and good customer service now-a-days.... they are definitely a gem! We will be going to see them for all our car care needs from now on.

THESE GUYS ARE A REFRESHING CHANGE FROM GOING TO THE DEALER. MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THEY FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM FOR ONLY $45.00. THE DEALER ACROSS THE STREET WANTED $95.00 JUST TO LOOK AT IT AND THE REPAIR WOULD BE EXTRA. I JUST FOUND MY REPAIR SHOP OF CHOICE THE NEXT TIME I HAVE CAR TROUBLE.
