Skip it! Tim`s a great mechanic, but the rest of the organization is not solid. I had 2 bad experiences there and won`t ever go back. Too bad Tim doesn`t work at a better shop.

Prestige is a very kind, friendly, and professional place to take your vehicle to get serviced. My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles from there and had them serviced. We`ve never had a problem with employees being rude or disrespectful. They are always smiling and willing to help us out. Plus, I can`t mention the number of times they`ve saved us money on repairs by getting the work done early, or f... view moreinding parts that work great but are not from the manufacturer.
I`ve also witnessed, on numerous occasions, employees staying late to get a vehicle fixed for someone who was in a pinch. It`s rare to find someone who cares enough about their customers to stay late or come in on a weekend. Prestige is the real deal and the full package!

For 9 years, I have been taking my Mazda to Prestige Auto Imports for service. I was impressed with Prestige right away because of their professionalism and because they did not try to pressure me into any type of unnecessary "tune-ups" or service program. They charge more for oil changes than a chain-style oil change place, but that`s because they pay a good wage to their mechanics for their extensive exp... view moreerience and high-quality workmanship. My car was in the shop for ove...
My car was in the shop for over 1 month and it took them 15 hrs. of labor to figure out my engine was bad. Well $1000 later and the fact that they were not even comfortable installing a new engine makes me wish this happens to noone else. I took my car out of there to get fixed, add that one up. How could I refer this to anyone? Worst experience across the board.

Get a second opinion
Took my car to them for an inspection and service estimate. Was charged $100 for the 30 minutes it took them to look at my car and then quoted the "female" rate to service it -- which was more than double what all other local service specialists were quoting. Will NEVER go back!
