I brought my husbands excellent condition car in for a oil change they returned the car with the engine blown and of course the car was undriveable. We took them to court we won, and now they`re not paying their judgement. DON"T GO TO THIS COMPANY!

Good tire prices Slow service Pricey service for anything other than tires Also, they misdiagnosed my car. They said it had a problem with tie rods and it was wheel bearings. I`m glad I got a second opinion before spending $600.

I also (as other reviews said)...

I also (as other reviews said) paid for a wheel alignment that was probably unnecessary. I talked to one low level mechanic who let it slip out that he was supposed to `shake` the vehicle to find other repairs that are needed. Additionally I was disconnected on the phone by them twice. and they way over promised on finish time. I`m normally a gracious guy, but this was not a positive experience.

HAVE U GUYS NOTICED...everytim...

HAVE U GUYS NOTICED...everytime u get an OIL CHANGE...they always say you guys need to change this..u guys need to replace that, etc?? Usually, everytime you guys do an oil change, they will try to mess up things inside the car so they can make more money. I went to get an oil change and they told me that I need to do an aligment, but I did my aligment at SEARS already. I NEVER bring my car to this place again.

I have purchased several sets ...

I have purchased several sets of tires for three different cars here. I have also used neighboring tire stores. Service at Northwest is much better. Repair staff have been very honest and helpful. Counter staff are more knowlegeable than nearby competitors. I have found their recomendations and evaluations of tires to be the same as what I learn from on-line tire reviews.
