I shopped around forever at a lot of other dealerships but I ended up buying at Graff because they gave me the best deal. Everyone was really nice and helpful except the girl salesman who does all the internet stuff. She was very rude and unpleasant towards me when I tried to get some information on a couple cars online and also rudely ignored me when I came into the dealership. Great service, until you drive off the lot. when I came back for a broken windshield wiper, they ignored me, and made me pay for it.
