I had heard great things about Doug`s Muffler, so I figured what the hell give them a try. All seemed fine and dandy until they lopped off one of my cats and failed to tell me about it. After leaving, I realized what had been done by checking out they work done. Once I realized this I called and they seemed shocked that I had any idea of what had been done. I have had a lot of friends us...

I have had a lot of friends use Dougs, they have been recommended by several people to me over the years and I have personally even taken my boyfriends truck there with NO issues and great prices, so naturally when I needed a muffler I went to Dougs too even though it is WAY out of my way to do so just all on past experience and word of mouth reputation. My opinion of them changed yesterday when Doug Jr. told me that... view more in order to get my parts back (muffler and catalytic converter) that I would have to pay a core deposit on the converter. So I left it alone since I was limited on funds, when I got home I researched it out, called other muffler shops and auto parts stores NONE of which charge a CORE DEPOSIT! My boyfriend called Dougs back and argued with little Dougie and he OUT RIGHT LIED to him and stated that he NEVER told me there was a core deposit and just that he could get money back for it. Yeah WHATEVER little Dougie, you are an absolute scammer and a LIAR! If you do not want to be out right lied to and scammed...I implore you to take your car somewhere else. I may have still overpaid by $30 to $50 because all the other shops I called gave me roughly the same estimate that I paid, but ALL said if they kept the converter they would have knocked off $30-$50 on the total. I would rather pay $100 more to an HONEST BUSINESS and one that does not see a chick walk in and instantly think to up the price or fictionalize some mumbo jumbo because well, I was a girl and did not know any better?ˆ¦Listen up little Dougie?ˆ¦we women may not be in the know when it comes to cars, but we know men that are, plus we have this thing called the internet too, you know to look crap up on when we think something just was not right, so where we lack in car knowledge, we women will beat the crap out of you on research and with OUR BIG MOUTHS! Great Service

I just had a catalytic convertor replaced. This is the third time using this shop for various exhaust repairs on different vehicles. Always good prices, and great service. I will go back.

A Great Place

i love dougs muffler every time i have a problem they fix it right away there very helpful they do anything thing they can to help u out!!!!! most places i got to they jerk me around cause im a female but not dougs the have great rates and everything i go to dougs for everything i need done with me car the do amazing work!

Bad Additude

I went in for a repair that he fix several months prior, expecting the same price to fix it again and it was over DOUBLE the price. I asked why and the guy cocked and attitude followed me out to the parking lot and tried to start a fist fight with me. Beware of this jerk off.

Best repair shop.

I have been going to Doug`s since I could drive. They have the lowest prices in the area. They are honest, efficient, and stand behind all of the work that they do. Thank you Doug, family, and staff.
